The following information must be ready upon application:
- The animal’s: Sex, Age, Species (Dog or Cat), Breed (if known), Fur Length, Fur Color(s), and Name
- Your: First and Last Name, Phone Number, and Mailing Address
Payment is required before an appointment is scheduled!
Prepping for Appointment
Once you have been confirmed for a spay/neuter voucher keep an eye on your mail. You will receive the voucher through the mail if not given one in person. This voucher states when the appointment for your spay/neuter is as well as instructs you on preparing. If you lose this information contact PAWSGH as soon as possible to get another copy because the physical voucher is required to be on hand when arriving at your pet’s surgery appointment.
Do not feed your pet after the midnight leading to your appointment. Water is acceptable. A full stomach during surgery can lead to complications.
Unexpected events can arise right before the surgery which is perfectly understandable. Contact Brady Vet in the event you need to reschedule. If you no-show the surgery you will lose your appointment, your voucher is voided, and you are not entitled to a refund. Communicate any and all issues you run into to Brady Vet and PAWSGH when applicable to prevent the voiding of a voucher.
